Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States..

Orders Ship Monday-Friday within one business day.

Shipping Rates

• Flat-rate shipping: $14.00 per order.
• Free shipping on orders over $200.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, domestic delivery generally takes 2–3 business days depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, contact us at Support@SunsetPeps.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.
