SunsetPeps Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the SunsetPeps Affiliate Program. By applying, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 21 or older and provide accurate account and payment details.
• SunsetPeps reviews and approves each application and may decline or remove any affiliate at its discretion.

2. Commissions

• You earn 10% of the product value (excluding shipping and taxes) on each qualifying order placed through your referral link.
• Monthly tiers: once your referred product sales pass $1,000 in a calendar month, further sales that month earn 12%; once they pass $1,500, further sales earn 15%. Tiers are based on referred product sales recorded during the calendar month and reset at the start of each month.
• Referrals are tracked by a 30-day cookie (the most recent referrer is credited).
• Only orders placed online through sunsetpeps.com qualify. Orders made by phone, email, text, in person, or any channel outside the website do not count.
• The sale must be tracked to you. The customer must reach the site through your referral link, or use your assigned affiliate code, so the order is credited to your account. Orders not tracked to an affiliate earn no commission.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are reviewed and approved by SunsetPeps before payout. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, or fraudulent will have their commissions reversed.
• Payouts are issued on an approved schedule to the payment details on your account.

4. Research-use-only compliance

All SunsetPeps products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use and are not for human or animal consumption. As an affiliate, in all promotion you agree to:

• Describe products only as research materials;
• Make no human-use, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, dosing, or efficacy claims, and no testimonial or before/after claims implying human use;
• Market only to audiences 21 and older;
• Include any disclaimers we require (for example, “Research use only – not for human consumption”);
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship as required by the FTC.

5. Prohibited conduct

• No spam, unsolicited email or SMS, or misleading advertising.
• No bidding on SunsetPeps brand terms in paid search, no typosquatting, no fake coupon or deal pages.
• No self-referrals or purchases through your own link for commission.
• No activity that violates any law or platform policy.

6. Termination and forfeiture

Violating these terms – especially the research-use-only rules – may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or commission rates at any time; continued participation means acceptance of the current terms.
